Architectural Modifications Committee (AMC)

Mission Statement

The goal of the Architectural Modifications Committee of the Glendover Park HOA is to preserve and enhance the beauty, value, safety and integrity of our community.

The committee will administer the architectural affairs of the Glendover Park HOA in a fair, consistent and timely manner without prejudice or unreasonable burden on our fellow members.

NOTICE: The AMC meets once a month. All AMC requests must be submitted to the Management Company by the 7th of the Month. The AMC is committed to reviewing all requests in a timely fashion to the best of our ability. Yet if the request is submitted after the 7th of the month, we will not be able to review it until the following month, so please submit your request immediately.
